Yuki
TLDR
Yuki is a Dutch-Belgian accounting SaaS founded in 2007 and acquired by Visma in 2020, with its primary Belgian engineering and operations hub at Desguinlei 100 in Antwerp.
Overview
Yuki was founded in 2007 in Rotterdam to deliver cloud accounting software for Dutch and Belgian accountancy firms and SMB entrepreneurs. The platform integrates administrative processing with automatic document recognition, a customer portal, and tooling that lets accounting offices manage end-to-end client workflows. More than 1,300 accountancy firms and around 100,000 entrepreneurs use Yuki across the two markets.
The company operates from three primary locations: Rotterdam in the Netherlands, Antwerp in Belgium, and Barcelona in Spain. The Belgian entity, Yuki Works SA, runs from Desguinlei 100 in Antwerp with 67.6 FTEs according to its most recent financial statements. The Antwerp office covers software development, customer success, and commercial functions for the Belgian market, giving Yuki a meaningful engineering footprint in Flanders despite its Dutch origins.
In 2020 Yuki was acquired by Visma, the Oslo-headquartered Nordic accounting and ERP software group. The acquisition placed Yuki alongside Visionplanner and Nmbrs inside Visma's Dutch and Belgian accountancy cloud ecosystem. Visma later acquired Accountable in 2025, extending its presence across the Belgian Fintech and accounting software stack.
