Overview

David Ziegler co-founded D-CRBN in 2021 alongside Gill Scheltjens and Georgi Trenchev as a spin-off from the University of Antwerp. D-CRBN received a EUR 2.5M grant from the European Innovation Council in March 2024, one of only 4% of full applications selected in that round, and launched the world's first commercially viable pilot plasma reactor in January 2024.
