"Where are we on AI governance maturity?" It's the question that determines whether you're compliant with the EU AI Act, or merely believe you are. Quite many organizations can't answer it. They have policies. They've done a risk assessment. But when pressed for evidence a regulator could verify within 24 hours, they don't have it.
