Introducing the new RT400AU - the latest addition to the LAB Motion Systems RT Series. Engineered for demanding industrial and scientific environments, the RT400AU delivers high load capacity (~600 kg), low error motion and high continuous torque (>20 Nm) in a compact air‑bearing design.
Early performance results show:
• <30 nm synchronous error (50 UPR) axial & radial
• 0.12 arcsec synchronous error (50 UPR) wobble
• Speeds >30 rpm
• Mass <50 kg
Designed for inspection, centering, alignment, precision grinding & turning, the RT400AU targets:
• Front‑end semiconductor inspection & metrology
• Optics & lens alignment
• Metrology systems
• Research & synchrotron environments
Accessories include XY/XYTT stages, slip ring, rotary union and a granite base for optimal performance.
