Florida nursing homes now need to prepare for the new CoreQ Consumer Satisfaction Survey requirement.
Under Rule 59A-4.167, all licensed nursing centers must begin administering CoreQ-based surveys through an approved vendor no later than August 1.
Key requirements include:
✅ Long-stay and short-stay survey types
✅ AHCA minimum response rate and sample size thresholds
✅ Initial collection period ending December 31, 2026
✅ First data submission window from March 1–31, 2027
