Most companies pilot AI.   Last night in Ghent, we heard from two teams that run on it.   Vincent Theeten walked us through Ringtime OS, the internal AI system Ringtime built to run their own company, not just their product. One shared knowledge base feeding on transcripts from all meetings. A library of skills. Live integrations into every tool they use. The AI acts in HR, Finance, Marketing, even researches competitors on a schedule and pings the team when something moves. The only catch: they gave it a personality modelled on Ross Geller. Fun, until a monthly investor update drafted with the subject line "PIVOT! PIVOT!".   Jonas Deprez and Xander Berkein showed how Donna rebuilt their own org around AI. An agentic marketing team running on Scenario, Clay, Lovable and Lemlist. A back-office powered by Claude with custom skills for legal, security, and reporting. And Franky, their internal assistant wired into production, so engineers get pre-triaged issues and non-engineers query live data straight from Slack. All based on information linked to your personal access levels. Tribal knowledge turned always-on, SOC & ISO compliant.   That's the gap between piloting and operating.   Thanks to everyone who joined us in Ghent at Besox : Payroll, HR, Insurance & Banking. The questions were sharp. The conversation didn't stop at 19:30.  That's exactly the format we wanted for NewSchool.vc Live.   More coming. 👀   #NewschoolLive #AIops #B2BAI #FounderInsights #Ghent
