BNP Paribas Fortis modernizes its SMS platform with RingRing and Proximus NXT With over 1 million SMS messages sent every month, BNP Paribas Fortis chose a cloud-based platform to modernize this strategic channel of its customer relationship. We're proud to have delivered this A2P (application-to-person) project together with our partner Proximus NXT. At RingRing, we brought our operational and technical expertise in SMS traffic management through Naxai, our CPaaS platform (SMS/RCS, Voice, Email), while Proximus NXT led the project's overall coordination and its integration into the bank's environment. A collaboration built on over 15 years of trust between our two companies, put to work for one of the most demanding sectors in the market. Key figures: - Over 1 million SMS/month - Migration completed in less than 3 months - Zero customer impact, zero downtime - Platform operated by RingRing (via Naxai) and Proximus NXT This project reflects exactly what we do best at RingRing: delivering reliable, scalable SMS solutions built to handle critical volumes, even in the most complex and high-stakes environments.
