☀️ Two inspiring days with the entire Trigrr team.
What a pleasure to bring together colleagues from across Europe here in Belgium!
Over the past two days, we took time to step back, align on our vision for the next years, and share knowledge across teams. The most encouraging part? Each group independently arrived at the same conclusions about where we're heading. 🙌
We also shared expertise across teams, ran an integration hackathon, and explored how AI tools can help us build smarter, not just faster.
And because teamwork isn't built only in meeting rooms, we wrapped up the day by participating in the Axis Parc #AxisBeach corporate tournament 🏐
We didn't take home the trophy, but the team's performance improved significantly compared to last year. At this pace, beach volleyball might soon become a required skill for future recruits 😄
A huge thank you to everyone for the energy, engagement, and great discussions. Moments like these remind us that building a great company starts with building a great team.😍
