My career tends to unfold in chapters of about six years.
In my next chapter, I'm joining as co-founder of Goodshift, building alongside Tim Dhondt.
Serendipity made our paths cross, but luck shouldn’t be such a big part of finding your next challenge.
For decades, recruitment barely changed. Doomscrolling job boards, keyword-matched CVs, dozens of intake calls just to find a maybe.
What's different now is that a machine can finally understand more than a resume: what someone's actually good at, what drains them, what they want from their next move.
This is the most exciting time to build a company like this. Looking forward to doing this with Tim Dhondt, Ruben Meul, and Maurits De Muer.
