Udi has been in the telecom business for more than 30 years. As an expert in billing, we asked him to share his thoughts on which telecom billing reports drive the best business decisions. The most valuable reports are the ones that not only tell you what happened, but also help you make smarter decisions about what happens next. For telecom operators, understanding traffic patterns is essential. Questions like: * How much voice, data, SMS, and MMS traffic is being used and not used? * Which destinations generate the most international traffic, and what is not used? * How much roaming traffic is coming in and going out, and from which country? These insights strengthen your position when negotiating wholesale rates, roaming agreements, and international traffic costs. For B2B customers, the priorities are different. You want visibility into things like: * Current consumption such as % of package use to optimize the package for each subscriber * Remaining allowances * Data pool utilization across teams, departments, or the entire organization * Subscriber-level usage patterns A valuable report for enterprise customers is also identifying subscribers who barely use the packages they're paying for. Why? Because it allows companies to optimize costs, reassign plans, or cancel unnecessary packages altogether. #MVNO #telecombilling
