Many enterprises, edge-cloud operators, and air-cooled data centers face the same challenge:
- They need more AI computing capabilities.
- But they cannot justify a complete overhaul of their thermal infrastructure.
Passive Two-Phase Direct-to-Chip-to-air in-server cooling is a technology for high-performance AI servers to operate within existing air-cooled infrastructures.
This means:
