We announced it as our AI acceleration effort inside H37 that happens at different levels:

When we talk about tools we talk about things we’ve built for ourselves: Qaly, Pulse and tools that help us do our work like Sherpa, Prism or Substrate.
Today we take the first step outside those walls by sharing some of our tooling with the world. h37-public-toolkit is live on GitHub. It's a single repo pointing to a first slice of what we've built: hosted tools you use straight from a browser, and repos you clone and run as a standalone locally.
This is the first piece of the toolbox we're putting in front of the entire world, not just our clients.
