Can we define healthy soil?
“I think we need to flip it the other way and look at what is an unhealthy soil, because there's a lot of discussion about soil threats, things like salinisation, compaction, contamination, erosion, degradation...” says the University of Aberdeen's Dr. Grant Campbell, PhD. “With a healthy soil it's quite subjective depending on what environments you're in.”
