Just wrapped up our AI Solve It Summit 2026 and what an incredible few days it was.15 entries, 60+ participants. One clear outcome: the team at Harmoney is leaning hard into the future of AI-powered lending and operational excellence. A huge thank you to Prashant Trivedy from Google for partnering with us and supporting the teams with AI agent build capabilities, Gemini Enterprise, and a full suite of tools to experiment, create, and innovate plus keeping the teams fuelled and energised to kick off the event! What stood out most wasn’t just the technology it was the mindset. Across the summit, teams explored practical ways AI can: -Reduce operational routine -Improve efficiency at scale -Improve customer experiences -Enable higher-value, creative work -Accelerate our journey toward agent-native lending And the exciting part? Some of these concepts are now being evaluated for production deployment. What we know for certain is this: the people behind Harmoney are fully in performance mode supporting the business across customer outcomes, and next-generation AI capabilities. One of our key strategic focus areas is becoming truly AI-empowered- combining hyper-personalisation with operational efficiency to create better experiences for customers and teams alike. Our vision says it all: “Reimagine what can be done with data and technology to make our customers’ lives easier.” With an incredibly talented and dedicated group of people, we’re on a very exciting journey. Big thanks to the Harmoney team, winners, judges David Stevens, Anna Cupples and Glen MacKellaig, organisers Amanda Donaldson, Chelsee Renata Watch this space!!
