Here's what SLA in Watchtower gives you: Reusable activity types with flexible frequency (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly with day-of-week control), a plain-language agreement describing what "done" means, and a retention period for sign-off history. One-click quick sign-offs straight from the SLA Activities table for routine checks. A guided Sign-Off modal when you want to review due activities and leave comments before confirming. Automatic overdue detection that flags and logs a missed check when a required period passes without sign-off, with retroactive fill-in for users who have the right access. An interactive Sign-Off History report, exportable to CSV or PDF, where every entry drills into who signed off and when, along with how the result compared to the agreement.
