VRT wanted to strengthen the connection between editorial teams and data analysts. The objective wasn't to collect more data, but to ensure audience insights actively support editorial and strategic decisions.

The VRT Media Intelligence team chose to invest in deeper strategic decision-making with the support of Stitchd by:
ย โข Embedding Media Intelligence analysts within editorial teams, allowing them to become strategic partners rather than reporting specialists.
ย โข Creating a structure that connects local analysts with the central Media Intelligence team, improving knowledge sharing, reducing duplicate work and increasing transparency.
By bringing analysts closer to the business, VRT strengthened the link between audience insights and editorial strategy, enabling faster, better-informed decisions across the organisation.
