How do you organise secure access management across 115 schools and 172 locations?
For AGSO Antwerp, this was a complex challenge for many years. Teachers, school leaders, maintenance staff, students, visitors and external organisations all needed different access rights. In practice, this mainly meant keys, manual follow-up and limited overview.
Today, AGSO uses one multisite cloud environment from Synguard for access control, parking management and visitor registration.
The result: one badge for multiple locations, access rights based on time, place and profile, QR codes for visitors, and parking management with badges and number plate recognition.
