🇬🇧 A building can be refused sign-off if emergency services cannot communicate indoors.
This is a regulatory requirement. And with ever more energy-efficient façades, this risk affects more and more projects.
In both new builds and renovation, it can be anticipated.

🇳🇱 Een gebouw kan geweigerd worden bij oplevering als hulpdiensten binnenshuis niet kunnen communiceren.
Dit is een reglementaire vereiste. En met steeds performantere gevels treft dit risico almaar meer projecten.
Zowel in nieuwbouw als in renovatie kan dit vooraf worden aangepakt.

C'est une exigence réglementaire. Et avec des façades de plus en plus performantes énergétiquement, ce risque concerne de plus en plus de projets.
En construction neuve comme en rénovation, ça s'anticipe.
