⏳ As we count down the days until this summer's TRAIL Research Camp #TReC26, kicking off on 24 August, we wanted to share a success story from last year's #TRAIL Summer Workshop in #London. During the Summer Workshop, researchers from Belgium, Germany, and the UK worked together on a project, exchanging ideas, challenging each other's perspectives, and collaboratively shaping an innovative concept. Today, we're delighted to see this collaborative work come to life! 👏 As our German colleague Jan Zoellick recently shared: "𝑾𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎'𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒑𝒖𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒙𝒕 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒅𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝑹𝑨𝑰𝑳 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑." The result? 🩺 🤖 A novel educational approach using a chatbot acting as a patient, enabling medical students to practise and refine their communication skills in a safe and interactive environment. This is exactly what the #TRAIL Summer Workshops, now evolving into the TReC, are all about: bringing together researchers from different countries and disciplines to spark new collaborations, transform ideas into concrete projects, and create lasting scientific impact.
