Choosing a managed cloud partner? Here are the 3 questions that most CIOs forget to ask:
1️⃣ Is the SLA's uptime promise matched by real responsiveness when something breaks?
2️⃣ What happens if you ever want to switch providers? Are you locked into proprietary tooling?
3️⃣ Do you actually know where your data lives, on what hardware, and under what compliance framework?
A 99.9% SLA still allows for close to 9 hours of downtime a year. The details matter more than the headline number.
