Most physios know the common running injuries. The harder part is figuring out why this specific runner keeps ending up with the same problem, or why symptoms return as soon as the running load goes up.
Two runners can come in with the same diagnosis and still need a very different plan. One might mainly need better load management. Another might need more strength or reactivity. Another might show a clear movement strategy that keeps overloading the same structure.
That is where running and jumping analysis can add value. By looking at load, capacity and running mechanics together, you get a clearer view of the training opportunities behind the diagnosis.
