The 10 largest providers serve 77% of them.
At the top, it's a photo finish. Tickstar, the veteran white-label infrastructure half the industry runs onย holds 13.03%. Pennylane sits at 13.01%.
The gap between #1 and #2 on the entire network: 1,013 participants.
Look further down the list and the pattern gets louder. Wolters Kluwer's Flowin at 12.1%. Billit at 7.3%. Qonto (neobank) at 6.0%. Five French providers together already serve 30.5% of the network.
The leaderboard isn't dominated by e-invoicing specialists anymore. It's dominated by the software businesses already live in: accounting platforms, banks, invoicing tools.
That's the real shift the mandates triggered. Peppol access stopped being a product. It became a feature. Distribution beats infrastructure whoever owns the workflow owns the onboarding.
And if e-invoicing isn't native in your product yet, your users are quietly becoming someone else's participants.
