We’re hiring across three critical functions at Aukera Energy, strengthening the teams and capabilities that underpin the delivery of our projects across Europe. The roles we're prioritising right now: 👉 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐀 & 𝐂𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 (𝑈𝐾, 𝐺𝑒𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑦 𝑜𝑟 𝑅𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑎): Own the evaluation and selection of PPC and SCADA systems across our BESS and solar portfolio, and build the risk-based information security programme that keeps it NIS2-compliant end to end. 👉 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝑆𝑒𝑣𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒 𝑜𝑟 𝐿𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑜𝑛): Run the full tendering cycle for BESS equipment and services from start to finish, negotiate EPC, supply and O&M agreements, and grow our supplier network across Europe. 👉 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐿𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑜𝑛, 𝐸𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑏𝑢𝑟𝑔ℎ, 𝐵𝑟𝑢𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑠, 𝑅𝑜𝑚𝑒, 𝐵𝑢𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑡, 𝐵𝑒𝑟𝑙𝑖𝑛, 𝑆𝑒𝑣𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒 𝑜𝑟 𝑀𝑎𝑑𝑟𝑖𝑑): A brand-new role at Aukera Energy: design and manage project-finance-compatible insurance programmes for our renewable and BESS assets, from construction risk through to operations.
