🦷 From Dental Technology to AI-Powered Patient Communication
I attended Chennai Dental Show 2026 at Chennai Trade Centre this weekend, and it was a great opportunity to meet people across the dental ecosystem — dentists, clinic owners, manufacturers, distributors, technology providers and healthcare professionals.
What stood out to me wasn't just the advancement in dental equipment and digital dentistry.
It was the opportunity to connect AI with the everyday operational challenges of clinics.
During my conversations, I kept coming back to one question:
What happens when a clinic misses a patient call?
A missed call can mean a missed appointment.
A delayed WhatsApp response can mean a lost patient.
