From six separate tools to one ERP. That's the shift Urbagestion made, and it's the thread running through this carousel 🏙️
Thomas Maibaud and his partner built their Swiss neighbourhood management company the way most startups do: Excel first, then a second tool, a third, up to six. HR, accounting, time tracking, e-signature, each with its own software. The piece they were missing was a way to follow up on client requests, and their clients had noticed.
Looking for that one tool, they found Odoo could handle everything else too. Helpdesk, Field Service, Accounting, Timesheets, Employees, Sign now sit on a single platform. Requests are tracked end to end, field work turns straight into invoicing, and nothing slips through un-billed.
