#Automation can handle the cases that fit the processes you designed. But the ones that don't fit will still land on someone's desk, no matter how good your agents are.
Case in point: 75+ IT leaders told us this year that they still use a spreadsheet to track assets. Not as a confession, just as a description of their normal. And counting assets should be an easy one to automate.
