How does a family keep its entrepreneurial spark alive long after the founding generation? Our Chief Revenue Officer, Arnaud de Coninck, has spent the past 15 years at Trusted Family working alongside enterprising families around the world. This question comes up in almost every one of his conversations, whether he's sitting with a next-gen wondering how to make their own mark or with a board chair worried the family is slowly drifting from building toward simply preserving. 𝗢𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟱𝘁𝗵, he'll get to dig into it live, on a panel hosted by our partner Stride Family Business Alliance. He'll be joining Nick Di Loreto of BanyanGlobal Family Business Advisors, who facilitates Harvard Business School's Families in Business program, alongside two operators who live this daily: Darrin Jahnel, who built Jahnel Group from scratch into a 150-person software company with his brother, and Adam Holland, MBA, CPM, ARM, who turned a problem at his family's firm into a product he now runs at Property Gauge. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵, 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟭:𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺 𝗘𝗧, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲. If you work in or around family enterprise, or you're simply curious how some families manage to stay builders across generations, come join us. Registration link in the first comment. And if you're planning to attend, send Arnaud a note beforehand. Half the value of these events is the people you meet around them.
