The telecom industry is moving toward service-layer intelligence, automation, and operational cohesion. But a recent survey across 72 CSPs found the capabilities needed to get there, cross-domain orchestration, accurate inventory, real-time assurance, are still immature or inconsistently applied.
Which reinforces a simple truth: AI only delivers exponential benefits when the operational foundation is already in place.
Intent-based operations aren't a buzzword. They depend on orchestration that can consistently translate intent into action across domains, vendors, and technologies.
"Mature" doesn't mean more dashboards or more AI. It means services deployed, changed, and assured automatically, reliably, and at scale.
Where's the biggest gap in your operations: data, orchestration, or assurance?
