Would you trust AI to act on the data sitting across your systems right now?
Customer details in #Salesforce. Engineering updates in #Jira. Incidents in #ServiceNow. Decisions inside a partner’s system.
If that information doesn’t stay current across environments, AI sees a partial record and treats it as the full picture.
That’s the cross-environment context problem, and adding more automation won't fix missing input.
Before layering on more AI pilots, pressure-test the foundation:
❓ Is information kept current across systems?
❓ Can every team access the context it needs in its own tool?
❓ Does the workflow continue when key owners go OOO?
