Long before the GenAI hype, the struggle was already real: moving traditional AI out of "notebook limbo" and into a robust production environment. We’ve all seen models that depend entirely on one person and a manual process. 😨
Now, GenAI is adding layers of complexity: larger models, new security concerns, and unstructured data at scale. If we want to move past the "PoC graveyard," we need to get back to basics: Proper Engineering Standards. 🏗️
