While Halborn was reviewing our Canton Network Azure KMS driver, a few questions came up worth writing down.

🔹 On Canton, key management reaches past storage. Key loss affects namespace identities and a party's ability to monitor or decrypt its own on-chain activity.
🔹 Agentic workflows are becoming part of the problem. As teams point AI coding agents at Daml, prompt injection turns into a surface that touches key material operations.
