Our CEO Thomas Van Eeckhout sat down with Stijn Fockedey from Trends DataNews, to discuss a model we’ve been building at Easi for over 25 years: giving employees the opportunity to become shareholders.
Today, around 160 Easi employees are shareholders, but ownership is about much more than shares. It’s about creating the trust, transparency and responsibility that make people think and act like owners. We strive to create a company that people genuinely feel responsible for.
