Combining AI with engineering expertise helped bring that cost down.
🤝 We helped of the Europe's largest brick manufacturers to reduce gas consumption across a highly complex production environment. By pairing an AI platform built on Azure with hands-on engineering knowledge from the plant floor, the team was able to identify the real drivers of energy cost and act on them directly.
What that translated into:
• More than 10% reduction in gas consumption, with a direct impact on energy costs
• Full visibility into 700+ process variables
• A six-month project delivered by a small, focused team
• A reusable approach now expanding to additional plants
