🏍️⚡ From Rookie of the Year to an even bigger challenge
After making an impressive MotoStudent debut in 2025 and taking home the Rookie of the Year award 🏆, Electric Superbike Twente is already preparing for its next challenge.
The student team from the University of Twente and Hogeschool Saxion is rebuilding its electric motorcycle from the ground up, with a strong focus on reducing weight, improving reliability, and optimising its systems. 🔧
A big part of this development is taking place behind the scenes, where the powertrain team is redesigning key electronics and introducing new solutions to make the bike safer, smarter, and more efficient. ⚡
With plenty of hardware upgrades underway, the team is laying the foundation for an even stronger performance in the 2027 MotoStudent competition. 🏁
