No one talks about the hardest part of delivering a sales pitch anymore. It's the moment when someone asks you a question, and you do not have a definite answer.
Before the person can answer, you're already thinking that "this person will never buy our product", and you move on to the next lead. Rookie mistake.
The only reason someone asks practical questions mid-pitch is because they can picture themselves using your product. They like your product, but they're thinking about the technicality.
