“Tech can seem difficult, intimidating, and complex. But in reality, it’s more accessible than most people think. And the confidence you gain from taking those small steps stays with you.”
Not everyone working in tech started out there.
Take our colleague Lotte Hermans. She studied geology, added a master's degree in economics, and more or less stumbled into the IT world at a job fair. Fast forward to today, and she’s building apps for customers as an SAP Consultant at Flexso Digital.
What stands out in her story? Her curiosity and willingness to keep learning.
From building her first Tumblr blog to working on complex SAP projects. Along the way, uncertainty about IT turned into a job that offers variety, impact, and endless opportunities to learn.
