Every Kanban plugin I tried for Obsidian had the same fatal flaw: One set of columns. For everything. But tasks, goals, books, and articles all have different workflows. A book goes from To Read to Reading to Read. An article goes from Idea to Draft to Edited to Published. Forcing all of that through a single list of statuses never works. So I built my own plugin: the Kanban Action Planner. It understands note types. Each type gets its own statuses, its own columns, its own colors. One board can even mix types, with a swimlane per type. I just published a full 25-minute tour of how I use it to run my entire system: https://lnkd.in/eisFbcCM
