Big news for Banqup users: managing your business workflows just got faster, smarter, and a lot more flexible. 🚀 👀 Two-step purchase approvals: Big purchases can now require two sets of eyes, starting with a Purchase Assistant review before moving to Awaiting Final Approval for a Purchase Responsible to sign off. Invoices from Trusted Suppliers and self-billing invoices still go straight through, keeping extra checks strictly where they are needed. ⚡ Bulk receipt approvals: Approving purchase receipts one by one is officially over. Select as many as you need straight from the list to approve them in a single action, with Banqup instantly highlighting what will go through, what will be skipped, and any specific errors to fix on the spot. 📝 Integrated sales drafts: Unfinished sales invoices now live in their own Drafts tab directly inside Sales Invoices, eliminating the need to switch apps. Double-clicking a draft opens it instantly in the editor, and saving returns you seamlessly right back to where you started. 📁 Centralised contact documents: Every invoice, quote, and receipt exchanged with a customer or supplier is now stored directly on their profile under a dedicated Documents tab. Answering "what did we send this customer this year" no longer requires digging through endless document lists. 🔍 Smarter client search: Searching your client list is no longer limited to company names. Type in a company number or another unique identifier to find any client instantly, making it effortless to locate contacts when their legal name differs from what you call them day to day.
