RaceTrac has an initiative to reduce the time it takes a customer to fill up their car from 17.6 seconds to 15.8 seconds.
That level of focus on convenience doesn't happen by accident. It requires every part of the operation to run without friction, including the spare parts that keep fuel pumps running.
