This hire is a key addition as we enter the final phase of building Auditstage and bringing the platform to true enterprise grade. Kaustav brings more than a decade of experience in enterprise architecture and software development andā¦
Call it coincidence or notā¦ but heās also a former PwC colleague š
With the team growing rapidly and several new hires to be announced over the coming weeks, it was the perfect moment to establish a real home base for the next phase of our journey. š¤©
So weāve officially partnered with Start it Accelerate | @KBC for our office space š
That also meant leaving my software cave after months of working remotely. I have to admitā¦ it was both a challenge and a blessing š
So many people, so much noise, and so many distractions, just wooow
How have I been doing that for years (and before Covidāļø) at the big corporate?
At the same time, thatās exactly what makes being in the office so valuable! The spontaneous conversations, exchanging ideas with other founders, and running into people you wouldnāt meet on a video call are hard to replace.
