Agfa-Gevaert

Agfa-Gevaert traces its history to 1867 and is headquartered in Mortsel, near Antwerp. The group originated in photographic film and analog imaging, and over the past two decades has shifted its centre of gravity to digital businesses. The company is listed on Euronext Brussels under the ticker AGFB.

The group operates through four segments: HealthCare IT, Digital Print and Chemicals, Radiology Solutions, and Contractor Operations and Services (CONOPS). Within Industrial Solutions, the business covers digital printing and a green hydrogen activity built on the company's membrane expertise.

In FY 2025 Agfa-Gevaert reported revenue of EUR 1.086 billion, a year-on-year decline of 4.5 percent, with a net loss of EUR 71 million and free cash flow of EUR 35 million. From 1 January 2026, the HealthCare IT division is led by Nathalie McCaughley and Industrial Solutions by Vincent Wille.

Pascal Juéry has served as President and CEO since 1 February 2020.
