BioMedAqu Project
Cytomine Research at ULiège develops machine learning algorithms and big data software for analyzing large imaging datasets in biomedical research.
Based at the Montefiore Institute (University of Liège), the team develops machine/deep learning algorithms and big data software modules for multidisciplinary teams handling very large imaging data. Their software tools enable remote collaboration through sharing of images, algorithms, and quantitative results over the web. The team maintains the free, open-source Cytomine software initiated by their research unit in 2010.
