TLDR

Dashdoc is a transport management system for road freight SMEs, digitizing order management, driver communication, ePOD, and invoicing in a single platform.

Overview

Founded by Arthur Ouaki, Benoit Joncquez, Corentin Smith, and Paul-Hubert Des Minieres, Dashdoc provides cloud software specifically built for small and medium-sized road freight transport companies. The platform covers the full operational cycle: order creation, route assignment, driver communication, electronic proof of delivery (ePOD), and invoicing, replacing the fragmented combination of phone calls, paper CMR documents, and manual invoicing that characterizes many smaller carriers.

Dashdoc has achieved eCMR (electronic consignment note) validation across 29 countries, including Benelux markets, making it compliant with the international legal framework for digital freight documentation. The product is validated by Belgian and French transport authorities.

The company is positioned to benefit from the accelerating digitization of European road freight, Driven by regulatory mandates for electronic documentation and growing pressure from shippers who require real-time shipment visibility.
