DName-iT applies DNA barcoding to develop a platform for labelling patient specimens in NGS workflows. The system introduces molecular identity markers (DNames) that persist through blood collection, extraction, library prep, sequencing and analysis, automatically flagging sample switching, mislabeling, or cross-contamination errors during NGS analysis.
