Docleas is an advanced application that integrates digital reception with specific organizational needs, online calendars, and visitor flow optimization. The system registers visitor arrivals, directs them to waiting areas, manages GDPR-compliant data exchange, supports multiple identification methods, integrates with calendar systems, offers multilingual support, SMS functionality, and flexible kiosk workflows. In late 2024, Docleas received the award for a framework contract (2024/HFB/OP/120501) with the Flemish Government for the development and implementation of appointment, customer guidance, and digital reception solutions.
