Euroclear is a major piece of global financial infrastructure based in Brussels. Founded in 1968 when Morgan Guaranty Trust Company launched a pilot securities settlement service for the Brussels eurobond market, it has grown into one of the world's two leading international Central Securities Depositories (CSDs), covering more than one million securities across bonds, equities, derivatives, and investment funds for financial institutions in over 90 countries.
