Founded as Turins Sigorta in 2013, the company rebranded to Gulf Sigorta in June 2016 following investment from Gulf Insurance Group K.S.C.P, and operates under the name GIG Sigorta A.Ş. as of June 2024. The company provides both corporate and individual insurance products in Turkey, leveraging its multinational parent structure and strong financial position.
