Immovlan is a Belgian online platform for property listings for sale and rent. Listings are published by estate agents, private individuals and notaries, and the site also carries editorial articles on real estate topics such as decoration, architecture, energy and legal provisions. The company is headquartered in Brussels and is led by CEO Eric Spitzer. Immovlan was created in 2006 as a 50/50 joint venture between the media groups Rossel and Roularta. In June 2020 Belfius took a 30% stake, with Rossel and Roularta each keeping 35%. The deal was framed as a strategic collaboration built around a mobile-first strategy and the integration of the Immovlan platform into the Belfius app. At that time Immovlan recorded an average of more than 4.5 million visits and 300,000 contacts per month for 140,000 properties offered by, among others, 3,000 estate agents, and was described as the second largest player on the Belgian market. In February 2019 Immovlan took over the Belgian activities of the mobile application Ozaam, founded in 2015, after a partnership that began in September 2017. The app, downloaded more than 300,000 times in Belgium, was renamed Immovlan App and Ozaam's employees were retained. In January 2024 Immovlan partnered with PriceHubble to add price estimates, a lead generator and a property advisor to its platform. The company had 20 employees as of June 2026.
