Koalify is a HubSpot app that detects and merges duplicate contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects using custom rules.
Koalify is fully embedded in HubSpot, allowing users to detect and automatically merge duplicates with rules they control. The app enables users to define custom matching rules on any HubSpot property, review flagged duplicates in lists and reports, and merge duplicates at scale through workflows or manual CRM cards.
