Overview

Founded in 2016 by Leander Naessens and Youri Van der Zwalmen, Peripass was built around a clear operational problem: truck congestion, dispatching inefficiencies, and manual administrative work at industrial logistics sites. The platform manages the complete inbound and outbound flow of trucks at warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing sites, replacing clipboards and phone calls with automated digital workflows.

The product generates more than 75% of its revenue from outside Belgium, operating in 13 countries across Europe. The company aims to equip 1,000 sites with its yard management software by 2030, which would improve daily waiting times for over 150,000 truck drivers. Key geographic targets for commercial expansion include France, the UK, and Germany.

In February 2024, Peripass secured EUR 7.5M in funding led by Welvaartfonds, building on previous investments from the Van Overstraeten Group. The company is using the capital to build a global partner network and strengthen existing commercial teams.
